Ingredients: 

• Moong (Green Gram)
• SproutSprouted ed Moth (moth beans)
• Sprouted Chola (Black eyed beans)
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar
• Pepper Powder
• Tomato – 1
• Oil/Ghee for tempering– 2 tsp
• Cumin seeds
• Clove-Cinnamon (Taj-Lavang) powder 

Method of Preparation: 

Boil all the sprouts together using a pressure cooker and drain all the excess water. Now grind the mixture to make a smooth paste. In a kadai take oil/ghee for tempering. When it is heated, add cumin and the cooked paste. Add water to adjust soup like consistency. Add salt and sugar according to taste. Season with clove-cinnamon powder and pepper powder. Add lemon juice and serve hot.
